SpinHouse ranks real money online casinos for New Zealand players using four weighted criteria. This page explains each one, including how we treat payout speed, in more detail than the summary on the home page.

1. Welcome Offer Value
We start with the headline match percentage and cap, then weigh it against the wagering requirement, the bonus expiry window and any maximum bet rule attached to it. A larger headline number with a harsher wagering requirement can score lower than a smaller, cleaner offer.
2. Real Money Payout Pace
Payout pace is our thesis metric: the criterion that most affects whether a welcome offer actually turns into money in your account. We read the withdrawal processing windows each operator publishes in its own terms and payment pages, then group operators into one of two editorial tiers, Fast or Standard.
This tag reflects the timeframes operators state publicly. It is not the result of an independent test, an audit or a verified withdrawal we personally ran through each operator, and we do not present it as one. Actual processing time for any single withdrawal can vary with your payment method, verification status and the operator's own review queue.
3. Terms Clarity

4. Game and Payment Range
